1993 Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T US LEGAL - VIN: ECR33-008450
1993 Nissan Skyline GTS-T Description
Actual VIN: ECR33-008450
Well it's time to sell my baby and upgrade to something else. I've owned the car since 2009 - it was one of the first R33's in my city. You are getting the chance to own a clean well taken care of R33 - will be legal in the USA September 2018. I am going to be upgrading to an R34 after 8 years with the R33 that has treated me well. The motor was replaced with a series 2 motor in late 2014 that has roughly 50-70k KMS (not miles) on it. The body of the car has about roughly 135k on it (swapped out for GTR cluster but both clusters were fairly close in KMs) The car received a fresh professional paint job in late 2014 as well when the motor was out (did both the entire car and the engine bay KH3 Nissan black). Oil changes have been done regularly on the car every 3500-5000 KMs using Royal Purple 10w40/15w40 whichever was available at the time and WIX premium oil filters. I just took the car to a professional flush machine as well to get the block and entire cooling system flushed out before the sale of the vehicle (brand new Nissan OEM blue 50/50 mix coolant in there now).

THE GOOD:
- car runs well and pulls hard
- car has newer 97 motor in it (installed late 2014)
- car has arp head studs, cometic gasket kit with steel head gasket was also put in late 2014
- car had fresh paint laid on it late 2014 (exterior and engine bay) I get a lot of compliments on the paint as it's pretty hard to paint a black car and look good
- I have also had a cut and polish done by a professional in my city rebirthdetailing.ca every year since the paint job to keep it fresh and have less swirl marks as enivitably it will get swirl marks being a black car.
- will have brand new rotors on it (replacing them this week)
- the car has been DOT approved - I changed out the rear taillights (can include stock ones with sale) added the sidemarkers on both the front and the back, added front rebar custom welded in (approved by structural engineer stamp)
- car made 265 rwhp on the dyno at 10 psi (have dyno sheet I can post but at work atm can show to whoever is interested though)
THE BAD
- there is a squeak sound coming from the rear passenger suspension only when going over bumps
- the front bumper is fibreglass and therefore has some cracks in it (for an additional $600 I can get it completely fixed before selling it)
- the driver side power window lately has started to at times not work right away - you need to keep pressing the button down to get it to go up sometimes it takes a few minutes of playing with to get it closed (likely dirty contacts or just replace the unit)- some interior panels may need work
Looking to get $23000 obo USD for the car - you will need to arrange pickup or shipping - if shipping it will be paid for by the customer. Please do not contact me with any sort of scams.
Car is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba - Canada
