Aftermarket exhaust

This 1989 Skyline GTR is deceivingly beautiful. At a glance it looks like any other grey R32 GTR, but the details are what make this one special. Simple details like the cleanliness of the leather boots on the shifter and handbrake, to the near-perfection of the steering wheel. The seats are in great shape considering this car is nearly 30 years old. The paint still has a nice sheen to it, with the biggest flaw being a patch on the hood. Even whilst driving this car has a well-kept and cared for feeling to it. It feels many years newer than it is and the controls are smooth and tight. Although admittedly the odd tipless exhaust may be a part that it’s owner may want to swap, the rest of the car is stunning and original.

Nissan Skyline GTR Facts:

Entering production in August 1989, the R32 Skyline GT-R was revolutionary in it’s class. It was nicknamed “Godzilla” in Australia due to it’s ability to outperform the V8 muscle cars that were popular during the time. With a 276hp 2.6L twin-turbo inline 6 and all-wheel drive, it could dominate on the drag strip or road course. The motor was matched to a 5 speed Getrag manual with a final drive ratio of 4.111. Also available was a 4 wheel steering system, helping the GT-R utilize all of it’s available grip. With a plethora of aftermarket parts and tuning it’s possible to push 1000hp from the GT-R.
