1992 Nissan 300ZX 2+0 T-tops Description

Up for sale is my 1992 Nissan 300zx with 135,000 miles on it. When. I got this car is was in really rough shape. The exhaust was falling off, it had a bad misfire, the shifter was messed up, it had a welded diff and miss matched wheels and the body and interior are clearly in need of some love.

What I have done: (the good)
•Replaced the hood and got rid of the coder pin style hood pins and installed some nicer flush fit pins.
•Took care of the misfire by doing a VW/Audi coil pack conversion and PTU delete. Getting rid of one of the main causes of misfires in these cars. Including a slight wire tuck.
•Replaced the welded diff with a lower mileage fully functioning LSD, with Royal purple fluid.
•Installed a new Megan Racing short throw shifter. Very solid and smooth.
•New gauge faces with Z1 rings.
•New pioneer bluethooth stereo with hands free mic.
•LED interior lighting.
•Adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
•Coolant line delete on the intake plenum.
•Got new 18" wheels with brand new tires and adjusted the coil overs for better fitment. Also comes with a set of factory wheels with ok tires (one isn't holding air)
•Still in the process of peeling the rest of the plastidip off....
•New LED headlights.
•Oil pan gasket.
•Fixed the exhaust.
•New accessory belts.
There is alot I'm missing but not remembering right now so I'll move on to what it needs.

What it needs: (The Bad)
•Water pump leaks pretty bad (new one included along with new silicone coolant pipe hoses)
•Timing belt was apparently done at 120,000 as Nissan recommends but I do have a new timing belt kit included because it's just something I like to do to because you can never be too sure.
•Has a battery drain issue and I've narrowed it down to being a bad alternator (New alternator also included for the time being it has a quick battery disconnect to counteract the drain).
•After it sat for a little while I noticed the power steering pump was acting up so I ordered a new one (also included)
•Driver side cylinder bank 2,4,6, has a valve cover gasket leaking (new gaskets included)
•Interior is in rough shape with most of it being painted most interior in the hatch is also missing (good job previous owner)

So all in all pretty much everything it needs mechanically is here for you included in the sale at about $700 in brand new OEM parts.

I honestly had great plans for this car, this was the first time I've ever been able to afford a project and a daily (I've always just driven my projects making it really hard to work on them lol) but realistically this is going to take me years with how busy I am now and with a new baby, as to where someone with time and nothing else to spend money on, could have this thing great by next spring.

I honestly don't need to sell it so if it doesn't sell then whatever it'll just sit and get worked on VERY slowly. But if I get the right offer I'll have to let it go.
