The 1958 Oldsmobile 98 2 door hardtop coupe is considered by many to be the gold standard of its era. And this car is a fine example with its two-tone finish in Turquoise Mist and Antique White, gleaming chrome and original silver and black upholstery. The powerful 371 J2 engine was meticulously rebuilt in 2006 and has only 2200 miles on it. It has a 4 speed automatic transmission. Factory specs include: a 6-way power seat; power windows; power steering; and power brakes. It is the only known Ninety-Eight ordered as radio delete! The car is mounted on the exclusive 126.5” wheelbase. This fine specimen is completely rust free. It does have some very minor pitting around the tail lights and a small scratch on the right corner front bumper (please see images). This Olds swept the competition (of its class) away with its 5th Generation re-engineering and styling, and was the most technologically advanced passenger vehicle of its time. This is truly a timeless classic!
