Mostly Original 66 Deluxe Toronado only 1 previous owner survivor A/C desert car
1966 Oldsmobile Toronado Description
1966 Oldsmobile Toronado Garage kept by the first owner, (second owner through inheritance) this Toronado was kept in original condition with the exception of the added vinyl top on its second paint job.(needs desert dust cleanedand paint buffed). Interior is almost immaculate with only damage to the original dash which has a crack in each corner. At only 66K mileson her the car was finally parked in 1994and left in the garage. When I acquired the car, I went through the entire fuel system, cooling system, and ignition systemand made sure she was a running driving car, now this car is tuned up and running like a champ. As an older survivor car, I was hoping to restore the Ol' girl to it's former glory. Life got busy and the car was just put back into running driving condition. Equipped with 385 horsepower 425 cubic inch Rocket V8 engine mated to a 3-Speed Turbo-Hydromatic Transmission pulls strong with the front wheel drive and she ride smooth as a modern day Cadillac as she climbs to highway speed and beyond. This survivor was ordered with the deluxe interior package and is still all original and truly shows little sign of wear. Features include air conditioning {needs recharged}, seat belts front & rear, power "Strato" bench seat with armrest, power trunk lid latch, front cornering lamps, & FM Radio. Also included are the original owners manuals including the protecto plate plus lots more original documentation. This is good running and driving car with only minor repairs for a complete and total restoration. Pleasemessage mefor specific details, its a desert car, so expect normal desert dry rot on rubber, andNO serious rust issues. Using as a daily driver currently. I reserve the right to end this auction early due to the fact it is listed locally for sale as well as online, so obviously first CA$H takes the car home.
