Carwas repainted by original owner years and years ago and paint shop never finished putting on the HURST/OLDS stripe kit - Original stripe kit is in the trunk and you will have tofinish stripe kit install - All emblems etc. that were removed and are in the glove box andyou will have to re-install - I give the paint job a 2/3 out of 10 - It shines but prep work etc. was not done well at all – It appears they did not strip original paint off the car all the way - Not sure who did it - it looks ok 5 feet away
The only thing that I am aware of that does not work on the car is the factory electric antenna and I have been told that it can be removed and sent away, fixed and re-installed - The A/C blows cold sometimes/infrequently/not much so not sure what the deal is there - some of the dash gauges go crazy sometimes and I am told that is a common problem and an easy behind the dash cluster regulator fix but I am not sure, & It does not effect thedrivabilityof the car - The two right sidelightningrod shifters are very hard toengage but the main shifter (P,R,N,D) is easy to move up and down
This is a 33 year old car and as such you should expect a 33 year old car that has never been restored and has 80,000 + miles on it
Any questions, please feel free to ask. I have perfect high dollar feedback.
