Up for a No Reserve auction is one bad ass 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. This is the definition of a California car having been built in the former GM factory (now Tesla) in Fremont,CA. This Olds has never left the San Francisco bay area in her 50 years of life and still has the original California black plates issued in 1967. The Cutlass Supreme was a premium model at the top of the Cutlass range. It was built for a buyer who valued the finer things in life but wanted to go fast doing it.Oldsmobiles from this era had the benefit of some of the highest-quality materials ever used on assembly line cars.Olds used very high quality engine bearings and had stringent inspection points in all assembly procedures. The reliability of their engines is legendary.The Cutlass Supreme has a variety of details that make it stand out among its peers both at Oldsmobile and its GM competitors. Starting with the Ultra high compression 330cid Jetfire Rocket v8, this 320hp motor was standard in the Cutlass Supreme models. They featured a more luxurious interior complete with all-Morocceen upholstery, plush extra foam bench seats with a built in armrest, deluxe door panels with "CS" emblems, wall to wall carpeting including on the lower door panels and a deluxe steering wheel. The Cutlass Supreme models also included parking lights in between the headlights as well as four taillights and backup lights flanking the licenseplate in the rear bumper. It has "CS" emblems on the C pillars and trunk along with extra hood trim; moldings for the body, wheel openings, windshield, roof drip and rear window. This 67 Olds is a true survivor having benefited from the mild climate of Northern California. With the demand for classic California cars like this one going up and the supply going down. • Cosmetically this car makes a statement when you roll up to the stoplight. This is an original ProvincialWhite car that has been repainted black. All the chrome trim and moldings have also been painted black to give this car a sinister look. The paint looks beautiful and shines very nicely however there are a few flaws like a a little paint checking on the roof, and some chipping on the rear tail light and bumper. There are no visible dents or dings. The Gunmetal Gray wheels complete the look and measure 20's in the back and 18's in the front. She still has both original 6 digit California Black plates issued in 1967 and are registered until 2018.

• The interior of this Oldsmobile is in good shape. The dash is flawless with no cracks, all the gauges are functional as well as the horn. The original radio does not work as it has been wired for an aftermarket stereo. The AC does not blow cold. The original door panels look fantastic. The front seat has been reupholstered and the carpet is brand new. The original rear seat has a small rip on the drivers side. All the electric windows work great. It is missing the rear pillar trim in the back. The original rear viewmirror has been replaced with a mirror equipped with a rear view camera and a 4.5 inch LCD screen that appears in the mirror when the car is in reverse.

• Mechanically this car is pretty original. The Jetfire Rocket 330 v8 fires up consistentlyevery time and runs good. The Jetaway Super Turbine 2 speed automatic transmission shifts very smooth. The brakes are good and the larger wheels give it a more planted ride. It is a pleasure to drive and is an easy smooth cruiser.
