1958 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight chrome Description

i am listing this for a friend but i know this car very well and the description is 100% accurate!!!!!!!!! up for grabs what a find. j-2 option with dealer add on air. here is a rust free solid body . 58 olds super 88. all chrome and diecast trim in v/good to ex shape no rash at all.. the only thing if you want to re-chrome top center of front bumper and bottom center of rear bumper. but for a driver the chrome paint on these 2 items shows very well. the tail lamp housings are perfect. as all the rest of the trim on this car. car is straight as a board. all gaps are ex. no collision ever. . this fine example was prof. restored little over 20 years ago and the only thing showing age is the lower paint. roof is perfect. during the restoration the complete engine was rebuilt along with the trans. also all universals and the rear end too. the complete brake system was gone through with all new hoses and lines. as the front end too . as you will the complete gas system too. the complete chassis was gone through as well.,but now may need tie rod ends in the near future nothing to be alarmed about no, i just wanna be honest as ii can .with only putting on about 5,000 miles then parked in storage and once a month started and driven for short runs to keep things fresh and not drying out.since purchased this car. brand new wide white radials were installed. brake system checked out and putting on a power brake booster and dual master.cente, a/c recharged and it works ex. no leaks. all lights and gauges wipers work great. all windows are in ex shape and roll up and down with ease. heater works real good.all the bugs worked out to make this car a reliable driver once again and has been driven daily for some time now. i just cant fit it into the garage.this car is solid with all orig panels.. no rust through at all on the car. real solid.. look at the door jams and pillars.they solid as the solid rockers and rear fenders and front fenders.not a bondo bucket this car is a rare solid as they can get 58 olds .not may can say that ///// just the paint needs to be done thats it only on the lower half of the car.just peeling in places no rust.at all.. if you want a tried and true reliable 58 olds with the j/2 option and working air. with a solid body only needing paint this is it. this is a awesome car get thumbs up everywhere.u can drive this car daily in city or highway with no issues at all. the interior is awesome look at the leather wrapped steering wheel too....a pleasure to drive with a nice ride and handles great too. call mike at 352 219 6653 you can ask for a buy it now price. i have the right to end this auction early due to car listed locally .
