Up for sale is a beautiful 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Pro Street car. This car was built at a cost of over $50k dollars. I will describe the car the best that I can. Please feel free to email or call 610-442-2503 with any questions. There is a video on Youtube that shows the car in good detail and you can hear it run. Search 1970 olds pro street cutlass. It will be the first video to show up.
Paint and body: I would say the body and paint are a 9 out of 10. Not perfect but very solid and real nice paint. All of the body panels line up and fit properly. The paint is a vintage 80s/90s Pro street theme. The attention to detail isextremelynice throughout the paint job. The hood is a fiberglass 442 hood. The bumpers are clean but not super shiny and appear to be original. The trunk contains a 10 gallon fuel cell and is detailed like the rest of the interior.
Interior: The interior is a custom leather interior that is very nicely detailed throughout. The car has stock gauges in it and has an aftermarket tach, Shift light, Oil, Temp and fuel gauges that all work properly. Overall the interior isextremelyclean and well thought out.
Drivetrain: The motor is a strong running 455 V8 with a full Edelbrock top end including heads and intake. The car has MSD ignition and just had a full carb rebuild and tune.Themotor fires right up and idles well. The motor runs at 180 all day and holds good oil pressure. The motor makes approximately 525-550 hp. The transmission is a manual valve body built turbo 400 that works great. The transmission is shifted with a Winters race shifter and the car does have a line lock. The rear is a shortened Ford 9 inch with 4.88 gears. The car istubedwith a ladder bar type suspension. The brakes are manual 4 wheel disc brakes which work well. The car does have power steering. The exhaust consists of long tube headers going into small Flowmaster mufflers that turn out under the car. Overall the car is very responsive and easy to drive but it is a little loud.
All of the lights work on the car. The only thing it is missing is the wipers. The motor and arms are missing from the car.
This car was built in the 90s but only has about 1,500 miles on it since it was built. I really don't want to sell the car but I don't use it much and I am looking into buying another car that I have been trying to buy for years. Any questions please email or call 610-442-2503 if you have any questions. Thanks for looking and god luck.
