1950 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight GASSER Description

CAR IS CURRENTLY SITTING ON JACK STANDS. No Rust. Front disc brakes. 1960 Olds rear end. Belonged to well-known Southern California drag racer Norm Voorhis out of Monrovia, Califronia. Raced at Lions in the 1960's running a 394. Raced in the 1980's and 1990's at Terminal Island (11.78) and at Carlsbad (11.80) running a 455 with a 4 barrel. In 2002 at Carlsbad the blew up and was totally destroyed. Car was retired and after Norm died I purchased the car from the family for $8000 plus I have add $3000 in parts, mostly from Fusicks, so I have invested a total of $11,000. I am looking for an offer and realize that I will be losing money on this one. Less engine and transmission. Clear California title in my name.
