1988 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Description

Up for auction is a 1988 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser. Currently have four cars and no more room. Need to make room for family member who is moving in to park. Tires are poor and need to be replaced. Paint is good except for hood and roof which is poor. Roof has patina and hood paint is very rough, feels like sandpaper due to being left out in southwest US sun with no wax. I haveowned car for two years and paint was in this condition when I took ownership. Interior is in great shape, except for passenger side dash has crack. Seats are clean and free of rips,tears and stains. Car appears to have not been smoked in. Carpet is in good shape. Vehicle does have the third row seat in trunk area.
Car NeedsTires,transmission output shaft seal leaks,all fluids except for coolantshould be flushed,oil pan gasket leaks as well as rear main seal,front springs should be replaced and front shocks need replacing, needs wheel bearings and ball joints, I would have steering components checked(no steering problems) I would have brakes checked(no braking problems).AC does not work all parts are there. Chrome trim behind both front tires is missing.
What has been doneRear shocks and springs have been replaced as well as rear lower control arms. Front stabilizer bar links replaced. Differential gasket and fluid have been replace.Carburetor has been replaced with a rebuiltRochester four barrel with electric choke. Intake manifold gasket has been replaced along with valve cover gaskets and allvacuum lines. New EGR valve,PCV valve,heater core and blower motor, all new heater and radiator hoses, newthermostat, new thermostatic fancluch and radiator, New water pump and fuel pump, new alternator and air pump as well as new air injection tubes,spark plugs/wires, new distributor cap,rotor and coil, new oil pressure switch, coolant temp sensor, and knock sensor, new exhaust heatriser,new valve guide seals. All door gaskets have been replaced except for tailgate door.Old carburetor(for parts) included along with front spring rubber insulators. Both a Haynes manual and shop manual are included. Car starts,runs,drives and rideswonderfully. Just needs a little more work. Does not burn or use any oil. Transmission hunts betweenforty and forty-five mph. Under or over this speed transmission works just fine. Transmission flush and filter change would likely solve this problem. Who knows when any of the fluids have been flushed. I did flush the cooling system. All gauges work. I love this car, just can't have five cars with room for four.
