i have a really nice 1979 Checker A12. Though the A12 is the Taxicab model, this particular car was always a private vehicle and never used as a taxi This car was recently refurbished with new paint, a new interior. Interior is newly upholstered and very nice, paint shows very nice but has touch ups here and there. The Checker has it's original Chevy 5.7ltr V8 and 3speed auto transmission. The 5.7 has the original 2 bbl Rochester. Power steering, power disc brakes, and a tilt column are also as installed from the Checker factory in Kalamazoo. The V8 moves the car along nicely . This is 99% ORIGINAL CHECKER, that was redone with keeping it as original as possible. If you've had all the other automotive toys and want something different, give me a call.
