1940 Other Makes Description

Custom pickup, very rare, the last year of the D model. Parade ready and sure to turn heads at any show. This particular truck has been restored to include a 1951 Ford 6 cylinder flathead engine, granny first gear 4-speed transmission and a 92 Ford rear end. Body and bed were off-frame restored, original body and bed had no rust. This4 owner truck was bought new in Oregon. Original owner died soon after purchasing the truck and his wife stored it in a barn for over 45 years. The previous owners did custom changes and restoration. Newer updates as follows: 12-volt system with alternator, power brakes, hydraulic dump bed, new radial tires and siren.
