It is a very rare to find pedal car in exceptional condition for its age. These pedal cars were made in sturdy moulded plastic in the 1960's with a metal frame. Produced by Pines of America, Fort Wayne, Indiana. This rare example is modelled on a Ferrari Indy race car of the period. The Pines bonnet emblem being designed in the same shape as the Ferrari badge. These are quite rare to find anywhere in the world.A professional quality restoration work was done.

The car measures 105cm long x 48cm wide (track) x 40cm tall to highest point of the body (metal fuel cap behind drivers seat). It measures 48cm tall to the top of the steering wheel.

Wheels are all in very good condition, of metal construction with solid rubber tires all showing very little wear. I'd say this pedal car has only ever seen use inside! Wheels are 21cm in diameter including the tires.

This is a beautiful 50+ years old vintage plastic pedal car. A truly fine example of a rare beast.
