1952 Other Makes Description

1952 MG T D, MKI, for restoration. This is a numbers matching hard to find competition model . Was neglected for years untill I found it and salvaged what was salavagable . What was is the frame, and complete drivetrain as well as the Competition specific parts. Motor, large vale head,1-1/4" carbs and manifold, mint finned oil pan, hood RT side panel with carb buldge (new sourced ) dual fuel pump mounts and original cowling,a mint gas tank with dual line ouputs and lines, all 4 Andrex shocks and the origanal 8/39 (4.875:1) differential that you can see the original TD stenciling on it !! This was originally a Silver Streak grey with Red interior car.Unfortuatly there is nothing left of interior except for the complete dash and gauges and a Les Leston wood steering wheel !! Exterior wise I have every body panel in mint condition and a rust free tub that needs some passenger side wood work(supplied), perfect doors (no hinges) Windshield frame (needs re chrome) and rest of chrome was junk.I have all the data tags that match chassis to motor.n The good is its foundation, all the dirty work is done and the chassis has been blaster primed and painted, every bushing front and rear replaced, diff cleaned and lubed, steering rack cleaned and lubed, new boots and rod ends and king pin bushing seals etc.new springs front and rear and a complete brake job soup to nuts, nice set of steel wheels . I'm sure I left out somethin, look at the pictures I can post and get back with any questions., I have another TDC and a special build I am neglecting and I need to concentrate on them before I jump into this any further. I've done most of the dirty work and sourced all the hard to find body panels now its time for some else to take over. I have more pictures of original car as found Thanks for looking Chris 508-989-0185
