KG Farfadet - 'Morgan' ENGLISH 3 WHEELER / TRIKE / CYCLECAR
1978 Other Makes KG Farfadet Description
Poor man's Morgan: The KG Farfadet.
Constructed in England from a Citroen Dyane, this roadster is a one-off and has the classic air of a vintage three wheeler without attempting to be a direct copy. As opposed to the glassfibre Lomax, this car features aluminium panels over a wood frame and sits on a galvanised chassis. The car is fitted with the 2CV's latter motor of 602cc capacity and equipped with the disc brake gearbox. Mechanically and - for the most part - component wise, the car uses standard Citroen 2CV parts: obtaining service items is straight-foward. The interior features a wood fascia, centre gauge cluster, map light, and a vinyl seat with seat belts. There is a small storage section behind the seat-back. A Harley Davidson luggage rack has been fitted for use on long trips. Being English, the car is right hand drive. With the approximate weight of 900 lbs, the KG Farfadet gives lively performance and exceptional economy.
The car was imported in 2009 through the Port of Baltimore and has been regularly driven and received awards at the Carlisle Import Show (Carlisle, PA) and The British Invasion (Stowe, VT). Note that the car has been driven to these shows - the KG is not a concours showpiece but rather a regular driver with a nicely worn appearance to it. With its hybrid heritage, the KG is welcomed at English cars shows, Citroen meets, and motorcycle gatherings; so have your tweed jacket, beret, and leather chaps ready.

I will personally deliver the car within a 200 mile radius of Richmond Virginia if the new owner will drive me to the nearest Amtrak station for the return trip.
This car always draws a crowd and is often photographed. Why spend $45,000 plus for a new Morgan when you could have enjoy this - with no helmet required - for a fraction of the price?
