I am selling a 1940 Packard 160 Super 8.I just purchased the car from a friend whose father passed away. Thecar is in good shape other than the paint coming off the driver's side fenders as you can see in the pictures. There is no rustanywhere except forthenormal surface rust. The interioris in pretty good shape other than the tearin the front seat and the dash paint pealing off. The door panels andheadliner are ingood shape. It is a runningand driving car. It has been switched to 12 volt andhas an electric fuel pump. All I did to the car was flushed and cleaned the tank then fixed a small pinhole that it had. It is a running and driving car that fires up every time. The only piece missing on the car is the glass from the hood emblem, but other than that every piece inside and out is all there. My buddy I got the car from told me that the car was one of the background car for the movie The Notebook but I have no documentation showing that but I thought I would just say that.
