1931 Packard Packard Description

Hot rod / Street rod project or restore or parts vehicle. Body with frame and suspension. Only surface rust on the body and it's pretty straight. Nice radiator shell and radiator. Most of the expensive and hard to get parts are there if you're building a street rod. Obviously, the wood is bad and is non existent in some places. One of the rear door garnish moldings is missing, the others are there. There are no door latches or window mechanisms in the doors.
The rear end is 12 bolt Chevy from 1970 Monte Carlo. Front axle, I believe is from a 38 Chevy, but not sure. No engine or trans. The car rolls and steers, but only steers by moving the tires. There are no brakes.
I've owned this car for over 30 years and planned to make a hot rod out of it, maybe a convertible, club coupe or something different when I retired. Plans have changed so I've put it up for sale.
I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE for the car, but I do have an AZ inspection sheet that was done some time in the 80's by the Motor Vehicle Division. I never got around to applying for a title.
This is a great car to build a one of a kind hot rod. This listing can be canceled at any time since it is also for sale locally on Phoenix Craigs List.
