1937 Packard Model 115-C 3 window coupe hydraulic brakes Description

Five months before the JFK assassination, a high school kid in Farmington Maine, pulled his car into the garage and turned the key off. June of last year, 2017, (54 years it has rested), it rumbled to life and before the summer ended was driving down the road, all components working, even the vacuum wipers and dash lights. It still needs an exhaust system. It hasn't been washed yet and still has some stuff to attend to- one headlight, broken drivers glass, inside door handles, and I am sure others. It all depends on the level you want it to be. It runs really good with good power with no noises or smoking. It shifts well and stops well with new brake lines hoses and cylinders and refurbed original gas tank ($700). It has two valuable original options-- the Goddess of Speed hood ornament and-- the banjo steering wheel (in beautiful original condition).
This car is old, neglected, abused, nothing works, the tires are flat and don't roll, and everything is missing. Needless to say, as is. You are entering into a contract, and viewing and deciding to further dicker or refuse purchase is not acceptable. Did I cover it?
Remember, it has 100 horses, even though it is a six-- the fabulous Ford V8 was only 85 horses.
Will be happy to answer questions.
Thanks for viewing.
