Southern California car, Always garaged. The One-Ten designation was new for 1940, and so was this Junior Packard's look this year, with the tall Packard radiator grille flanked by two vertical side grilles, and the side hood louvers being given a step design. Sealed beam headlights were fitted directly on the fenders, with parking lights mounted on the fender crowns.
