The rear wheels were given standard fender skirts, iving the car a clean and graceful line from front to rear. The front had an eggcrate-style grille insert design with a vertical cormorant or pelican mascot adorning the front of the hood.
The exterior is finished in a rich Burgundy Wine paint. Showing only a few minor imperfections and only a little age, t becomes apparent how extremely well the car was cared for by its previous owner. The chrome bumpers are in very good condition with fit and finish above par. The same can be said for the front grill. All trim and brightwork is complete and in great condition showing extremely well. Weather stripping is in fantastic condition with no visible shrinkage or tearing.
Inside, he interior is finished in the original color combination of grey striped cloth. The front and rear seats are in great condition showing only slight signs of age and wear. The original steering wheel shows extremely well with little or no wear spots. The dashboard has an excellent grey finish with original gauges and vertical push button radio. All interior door panels continue the grey theme and compliment the rest of the interior’s features. The stain free headliner also presents well with the colors of the interior.
Under the hood, ou’ll find a down draft Carter carburetor atop a 288 cid Inline 8 cylinder engine mated to a 3-speed “on the tree” manual transmission, ear wheel drive to an open differential.
