1968 Plymouth Road Runner Description
1968 Plymouth Satellite Road Runner Clone. Mid 60'S 440 block, 500 lift solid cam, Edelbrock performer RPM intake with flames painted on the front, Holley 770 street avenger carb., Aluminum radiator, Chrysler electronic ignition, forged pistons with aprox. 9.5:1 compression, Hooker comp headers,The motor only has dyno time and 50 street miles on it. Hurst shifter, new seat skins front and rear, new rear leaf springs & shocks, new master cylinder and brakes all 4 corners, rubber brake lines replaced, exhaust is good. POSI rear guessing a 323 or 354 gear. The body is super solid. the floor pans are stock and solid no repairs and none needed, the trunk pan is solid as well with no patches and none needed. the paint is not perfect but looks real nice. This car was in a garage for 20+ years not running has not been on the road since now. I have it running and driving and it seems like it is tight. There is tinkering needed, interior trinkets some electrical (gas gauge not working) etc....... rubber door gaskets not there. it was origonally lighter red. Mostly The fun stuff, little stuff.
