1972 Plymouth Cuda 340 (Original TX9 Car)
1972 Plymouth Barracuda Cuda Description
Restored Original TX9 Triple Black Cuda 340.
This is an original TX9 Factory Black, Numbers Matching 340 Cuda, Automatic (727 Trans). Car is in excellent shape. No rust or body filler anywhere. Runs and drives exactlylike it should.
Restoration was done several years ago and two small liberties were made at that time. The following is not correct according to the build sheet: Car originally came with 1972 white stripe, The restorer went with the red hockey stick with 340 callout when they did the restoration (1971 stripe) and also the Go Wing is not originalcorrect to the car. Everything else is correct and properly restored to the best of my knowledge. Original build sheet is included.
I bought this car last year and since decided that would rather have a pro-street car instead of a show car so I am letting this one go (reserve price is exactly what I paid for the car last year). I spent two years looking for an original TX9 340 Cuda and this one was the best I found anywhere after looking at quite a few.
I have an independent appraisal and full inspection report available for this car (Message me and I will email you a copy) and I also welcome (And encourage) you to have your inspection and appraisal done before bidding.
This car is currently stored in a private classic car storage facility in just outside of Atlanta. Appointments to inspect the car can be easily made.
The car is currently tagged and registered in Georgia in my name. I have documentation and chain of ownership going back 15 years on this car. Georgia is a No-Title state which means they do not reissue titles for classic cars as they do not require titles for cars over 25 years old. This means I do not have a title currently.
I do have a T22b form completed by the local sheriff's department stating that this vehicle is not stolen or otherwise encumbered as well as current valid Georgia registration and will provide Notarized Bill of sale. If you are in a Non-Title state such as Georgia, Alabama, New Hampshire or any of the other non title states, This is not an issue.
If you are in state that requires a title to register a classic car, I will work with you to get a title reissued in your home state if possible once the transfer is compete. Please check your local laws about getting a title reissued in your state before bidding.
