Up for sale is a 1974 Plymouth Satellite that has been converted over to a Roadrunner. This was frequently done with the Satellites back then as the cars were virtually the same except for some body decals and some small details on the interior. This car has also been upgraded to the 360 engine and has also benefitted from the addition of a 4 barrel Weber carburetor.
The car sat in a barn for a few years and then was brought out and cleaned up with much work being done to the chassis. The body is basically rust free with only a few minor spots showing some surface rust. New tires and rims were also added to the car.
The yellow and black color combination really makes this car stand out. It is very straight and runs well so you can just drive it as is or continue to restore as you would like. The door panels are in need of replacing but they are not completely shot.
I am selling this car for a friend and I am not a real expert on these cars. I am more of a fifties Mopar collector but this car is in really nice shape so I thought I would help him sell it. The bucket seats look really cool and they are original to the car. They need some cleaning up but they do look good.
The car is located in northern California and you are welcome to come look at and drive the car. I can also deliver it to anywhere near Oakland/San Francisco for a transport company to pick up. If you have any questions please call Gary at 301 908 9450. Good luck bidding.
