The tag on the car is a replacement but I have the perfect original (I did not want the original on the car for fear of theft). There was no build sheet as is common for these LA build cars. The car was taken to bare steel and then repainted in the correct FF4 Lime Green Poly, base coat, clear coat. The paint looks great but is more of a very high end driver - local showcar type paint and is perfect for anything short of a nationally points judged showcar. The car was also COMPLETELY MECHANICALLY RESTORED (unlike most so called "restored" cars). The numbers matching engine was professionally rebuilt and only needed to be bored .010. The cam is a stock replacement and the engine runs and idles PERFECTLY. A complete correct new exhaust system was installed and the car sounds PERFECT and CORRECT when running. The original rallye gauge cluster (with Tic-Toc-Tach) was sent to Instrument Specialties in Virginia and completely rebuilt including the gauge faces. All the gauges work perfectly (including the clock). The A/C system was completly rebuilt, converted to 134A and blows ICE COLD. The correct 1970 ONLY Ranco heater control valve is NOS and the heater works perfectly. The lines were rebuilt and the ONLY thing not correct is the discharge line. The original was damaged and I could not find a replacement so I had one built. This is not correct in appearance but functions fine. The suspension, brakes (correct 11" HD 4 wheel drum brakes), steering linkage were all rebuilt with top quality parts. All brake and fuel lines as well as the gas tank are new.The ORIGINAL JACK and all components are in the trunk. The car has the correct 14" rallye wheels with new whitewall radial tires.
