1970 Plymouth Road Runner Superbird Description

This iconic mopar is very rare to come by, introducing this Superbird clone. In fact, if it wasn't for the VIN, you would think its a real one.
For most of us who want one but can't afford it, a replica is the next best thing at less than half the price of a real one.
Two others on ebay are asking 189k and 185k, my price is a whole lot better.
Has a strong 440, fires up every time, a smooth shifting 727 auto trans, and 3.23 gears.Has the All New Edelbrock AVS2 1906 Carburetor, and New Pertronix electronic ignition.
The body/paint has a couple of imperfections as shown in the photos. The paint is an 8 out of 10. Color is Lime Light. There are no leaks except a small trans leak.Interior is Excellent except the steering wheel is cracked, Rallye gauges have been restored, and clock converted to quartz.
The chassis is clean and no rust. All the glass is in good condition and the windshield was replaced.Has manual steering and New front disc brakes. Rallye wheels are 15x7, tires are 245/60R in front, 255/60R in back.Doors, hood and deck lid all open and close very well. Fender tag is missing, but who cares since this technically is no longer a road runner.
Winning bidder gets a New rear bumper, a $400. value, the one on the bird needs to be re-chromed in my opinion.Everything works and is a joy to drive, the attention it gets is amazing. Serious buyers with questions call Ed @ 408two5six7six8seven from 8am to 9pm PT.
This is my home number so texting would be useless. The Superbird is in my garage located in San Jose CA.
And please do not bid unless you have the funds available when auction ends.Converting a '70 road runner into a Superbird is an enormous task, most people would not even want to attempt it.This was also converted from a coupe to a hardtop.
Good luck on obtaining the most iconic mopar ever made, and no reserve.
