1949 Plymouth P15 Special Deluxe OTHER Description

I owned this 1949 Plymouth 2 dr wagon back in 1986. It had been sitting a while then. I sold it after a couple of years and just bought it back. I guess that I felt sorry for it. It is 69 years old and has been sitting since the early 80s. That is half of it's existence! Just sitting waiting to be brought back to life.

When I first got it the engine had a hole in the side of the block and it had rusty floors and passenger door. Fast forward 33 years. It is still the same. I have way too many projects to ever get it done. That is where you come in! Take it home and finish up this old gal.

The pics speak for themselves. It needs to be restored. The floors are pretty rusty. I do know of a couple of 1949 Plymouth 4 dr sedans that are for sale. It would be easier to fix it with one of the parts cars.

BOTH CALIFORNIA BLACK PLATES ARE PRESENT!

This Plymouth does have a 1950 front clip. I don't know if it came that way from the factory or not. It has a 49 front bumper. It does not appear that it was ever wrecked. They did a lot of strange stuff for the military back then too. It may have been one of the last 49s built and they ran out of 49 front sheet metal. I just don't know.

I have two other 1949 Plymouth Suburban wagons that I will be selling at a later date. One runs and drives needs restoration the other is body and frame only. No motor, trans, interior etc but very nice body with very little rust.

I live in Southern California abiout 75 miles North of Santa Barbara and 10 miles South of Pismo Beach. I have a car trailer and can deliver it, after it is paid for, for $1/mile round trip up to about 200 miles

The title is no longer in existence so it will be sold on a bill of sale. I can get a title, in my name, for an extra charge { after it is paid for }. It takes about 30 days.

The car is on craigslist locally for $2500. I reserve the right to end the auction early due to that fact. Most of the cars in the background are for sale too. The 1956 Chevy sedan delivery and the 1937 Plymouth are sold.

The Boss wheels leaning against the wagon in the first photo are not included and for illustration purposes only. They do not even fit the car and are Chevy bolt pattern.

My cell number is 805 550-8502

Blessings!

Dana
