1970 Plymouth Superbird Road Runner Convertible, 440 six pac, Panther Pink, Nice
1970 Plymouth Road Runner Superbird Convertible Description
This is what Chrysler should have built in 1970, a 440 six pac Panther Pink Superbird Convertible. If you do a search for Superbird on the internet this car will appear. I have owned it for about eight years now and it is the hit of every car show it goes to and I own two real Superbirds! This Superbird clone convertible is built from one of the 824 real Road Runner convertibles produced in 1970. It is a RM27N Road Runner Convertible. It is not a Satellite convertible or a Charger that someone cut the roof off. It was also an N96 Air Grabber car. It has all its original body panels and is a very clean car. It looks like there is some patching in the center of the trunk. The 440 six pac starts and runs excellent. The power top and lights all work. The tires and brakes are like brand new. The nose and wing are aftermarket. The paint is a nice driver quality with some dimpling of the paint on the passenger side due to poor paint prep, not rust. If you are looking for the wildest thing you will ever see at any car show than this is the car for you. I have a clear title in my name.
