1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring 440 2 Door Hot Rod
1972 Plymouth Satellite Description
This is a fun Hot Rod Plymouth. Originally a 318 car, it now has a strong 440 from a Dodge truck. 4bbl 750 Edelbrock, additional electric fuel pump, headers, dual exhaust thru cherry bombs + exits out in front of rear tires. 727 Trans w/ B&M shifter. No "Park", I use parking brake. Does NOT have the 8 1/4 rear, or posi, so light up that rr tire all day. Has traction bars, though. Battery relocated to trunk right side. Front tires new. Many newer parts including front end parts, radiator, etc. Brakes are standard drums. Wheels have some rust on them. The car is NYS registered and inspected, and drives great. Lights, wipers all work, glass id good. The seats are buckets, I think from a Cuda, I got them used over 15 years ago, now covered w/ cheap covers. The body was painted by me years ago in my carriage house. The paint is not perfect, has chips and the lower part is just primer. Some bondo in this, but a pretty solid car, the frame is good and the floors were replaced and a new front carpet put in years ago. The door jambs, under the trunk & hood etc are still the original dark green metallic. This is a fun attention getting car to ram around in. If it is really hot and you park it a while, it may vapor lock, and I have had it vapor lock in parades. Big engine - headers - is the problem, someone told me the gas line is routed wrong, it gets the radiator heat. If you just go, it is fine. I would encourage you to come see it and we can take it for a spin. Car is located at zip 12565. Thanks for looking! If you win, required deposit of $500 to my paypal within 2 days, please. I will not ship, but will help anyway I can with your shipper.
