1970 Plymouth Cuda .
1970 Plymouth Other . Description
It’s a 1970 ‘Cuda. It’s orange. And yeah, it’s got a Hemi. This amazing restomod is just for you if you’re looking for extreme performance, easy driveability, and classic good looks. Superior engineering and execution render this build a true standout. 528 massive cubic inches of elephant motor reside under the twin-scooped ‘Cuda hood. Hardware is important, but the people behind it make it go. Bob George Racing, a well-known and respected Hemi specialist in Eighty-Four PA, painstakingly assembled the engine using the best components available, including aluminum heads and intake from Indy Cylinder Heads. The heads and intake are critical to making power, and Indy Cylinder Heads builds the best anywhere for some of the most famous clients and projects in the high performance world. They are dedicated Mopar experts! The latest technology makes this beast perform. You’ll find most of the fast guys on the street and the track using laptops to dial in the optimum tune. The laptop, already programmed and downloaded, comes with the car. Working with a Motec Fuel Injection system, the Hemi starts and runs great. But custom headers and 3-inch dual pipes, along with the ultra-performance components inside the motor, provide plenty of attitude in the exhaust sound. You’ll also appreciate that this is a clean, straight car. The doors open and close easily. The Vitamin C paint looks beautiful with the contrasting black billboards. And the interior is restored to original specs. Except for a super comfortable Grant GT steering wheel, the driving environment is all 1970 ‘Cuda. Even the center console and Slapstick shifter are where they should be. Extras provide functionality without intrusion. For example, the Slapstick operates a 727 Torqueflite complete with a B&M shift kit, but under the dash, you’ll find the module for a Gear Vendors Under/Overdrive that adds ratios and driveability making the car even more versatile and enjoyable. That little red button? That’s the line-loc. (We all know what that’s for.) The toggle switch? That gives you direct control of the electronic fuel pump. And just so you have it all, a Pioneer sound system is neatly installed for those rare times when you’re not listening to the Hemi. This 1970 ‘Cuda remains true to its roots, and this being a highly revered E-body, that’s important. Yet high tech upgrades such as LED lighting keeps this ‘Cuda in step with current trends. You can enjoy the latest in high performance hardware meticulously assembled by true enthusiasts renowned as experts in their field. A big 3-ring binder is full of helpful photos, receipts, and instructions to help you operate the car and to outline its history. The Hemi billboards and rear wing are the kind of details that nicely complete the build, plus send a flag-waving Mopar message as an invitation to the faithful and a warning to any would-be opponent.
