1965 Plymouth Other Description

1965 Plymouth Belvedere I 2 door post. Former bracket car that has been mini tubbed. Never caged or frame tied. The car id in need of restoration, ut is structurally very sound. All frames are clean and free of rust through, he very important 2 door post doors and door jambs are very clean. The quarters have been cut for tire clearance and havefiller in them. Fenders look useable, ut do have filler in them. The hood will needto be replaced due to underhood rust. Trunklid has a nice outer skin, ut will need some brace repair underneath. Trunk floor has been cut for a fuel cell and does have a few rotten areas, ossibly patchable. The car will need floorpans, hey were patched poorly. Engine bay looks solid.

The car doeshave a V8 K frame with a manual steering box. It has an 8 3/4 rear axle out back with a 489 center section with unknown gearing, o not believe it is a sure grip. All glass is in good shape with nice surrounding stainless trim. The car does have plexiglass in place for the quarter panel windows.

Overall, his is a great resto drag car project or would be an excellent parts donor to make a nice 4 door and even nicer 2 door...
