I am selling my baby to make way for the baby on the way. You are looking at a beautiful 1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am with 13,647 original miles. Clean original paint, excellent condition interior. All gauges, radio, antenna, hatch pull down motor, etc in working order.
This car is 27 years old so there are a few blemishes in the paint (very hard to find), the previous owner had them professionally touched up. The front bumper has some stress cracks in the fiberglass from flexing over the decades. As with all of these cars, the drivers seat bolster shows some wear but it is NOT split or cracked through. The wheels are good but do show some cracking of the clear coat on the chrome outside rim areas.
Car comes with a "stow-n-go" hidden front license plate bracket, 20th anniversary door handle inserts, 89 Firebird owner's manual, 20th anniversary owner's manual supplement, laminated factory window sticker, 20th anniversary key chain, original Turbo Trans Am floor mats, PHS letter to previous owner documenting the VIN to be car #830 of 1550. Also comes with the original spark plugs & 20th anniversary ignition wires NOT installed as one or more have issues. MSD wires have been installed to rectify the issue.
The fuel pump has a hotwire kit, also installed is a RJC airflow distribution plate, 160* thermostat w/ Kirban Hi/Lo fan plug and play fan control switch and a TurboTweak stocker chip (better idle and 160 temp). All can be unbolted easily. The door windows and rear hatch have been tinted to match the darkness of the T-Topps. Car can be viewed locally by appointment.
