1979 trans am 403, Auto trans. car starts but needs work tune up,carb rebuild,Starter ect i haven't gotten to deep into it, It continues to turn it wants to run but didn't force it. Car is from Florida originally,I'am 2nd owner original car besides interior being reupholstered at one time from red to white leather. the body and frame are very solid the gas tank looks brand new, wheel wells have no rust or bondo and are intact along the bottom by the frame (a well known rot spot)doors and rails look good,floorboards are all solid the driver rear back is soft may need some new metal being its the lowest part of the car to the ground. Thiefs tried breaking the key tumbler in the column, i bought an extra tumbler but haven't had time to replace it, maybe be better off with awhole new column they are inexpensive. No leaks,oil looks decent for having sat for a few years. passenger side seam will need work where roof meets the bottom panel it shows some rust, 1 minor dent in the driver side front panel everything else is paint chipped surface rust.will need a nice paint job, DriverSide tail light has a crack, driver door handle is broke. This is easily a 3000 car as it sits I am completely honest to my knowledge of all the info posted, unfortunately the car is in a spot it can no longer be and I do not have room anywhere else, its overall in great shape for the year but does need love, easily restorable to be worth a nice profit.
