Supercharged 5sp ULTIMATE Pontiac Fiero
1987 Pontiac Fiero GT Description
This is the ultimate built Pontiac Fiero. It's originally an 87, but nearly everything has been replaced and upgraded. Here's a brief run down: Engine: 3800 Supercharged engine, bored 30 over, VS cam, LS7 lifters, 90# springs, L32 rods, Keith Black pistons, GenV supercharger with 3.4 pulley. ZZP PLOG exhaust into a 3" outlet. Magnaflow muffler. There are NO emissions control systems on this engine, so it's great for power, but if you live in a state where you must pass emissions, this car likely will not pass. Transmission: F23 5 speed. Case is from a Cavalier so it has the proper bellhousing to bolt up to the engine; but the gears are FY1 Cobalt with the 3.63 final drive. Quaife LSD. Suspension: Front suspension is the Slalom kit from Arraut Motorsports. 800# springs and QA1 shocks up front. Rear is an 88 Fiero tri-lins suspension with coilovers, KYB shocks and 400# springs. Wheels, tires and brakes: Enkei Fujin 17x7.5 wheels, Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R 235x45R17 tires, 13" front rotors, 12" rear rotors pumping SRF brake fluid with an S-10 brake booster. Interior: Custom black interior with leather work from Russ Wormuth and MrMike's seats. Pioneer stereo with bluetooth audio. Factory power windows, power mirrors, door locks and trunk release all work as advertised. Exterior: Painted impulse blue metallic, custom side scoops and quarter windows from FieroFiberglass. Hood has vent scoops to vent hot high pressure air from under the hood. The entire build is documented in Pennock's Fiero Forum as the Blue Fiero Restoration/3800SC F23 swap. I am not shy in saying this is the BEST built Fiero you can find anywhere. Cars like this do not come up for sale often. This is a TURN KEY car and everything is done. The only thing that doesn't work on this car is the cruise control, and that's just a wiring issue I haven't gotten around to sorting out yet. This car is FAST, and this car handles like it's on rails. Also included is a spare hood (original hood that came with the car, also painted the same color blue as the car), an extra set of pristine tail lights, another decklid (rough shape, but repairable), and a bunch of other random parts. Odometer was reset to zero following the build and currently shows a bit under 1000 miles. Original odometer read 293k, but there is nearly nothing original left in this car. Car is on a CLEAN Mississippi title, no "salvage" no "project" or other BS. Price is $15,000 or trade for a 2002-2013 Corvette. I am glad to negotiate cash for the difference in value between my car and any potential trade.
