CMC is offering this Frame Off Restored 1969 Pontiac GTO Coupe finished in its factory color, Liberty Blue. Documented by the original build sheet, this car is also a Pontiac Historic Society GTO. This special, custom ordered GTO sold new at Johnson Pontiac in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Options from new according to PHS includes Factory Code 51 Liberty Blue with Code 250 Blue Interior, matching Blue Carpets and Bucket Seats, 3:08 Safety Track Rear, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Soft Ray Glass, P/B Radio and Special Order Axle Ratio.

Completed 3 years ago, this Frame Off restoration consisted of the body being pulled from the frame, restoring the frame and painting it. The body work was completed, the floors were stripped and painted red oxide as new. Undercoating was then applied. Finally painted and dropped back on the frame. The engine was rebuilt and coupled with the installation of a new clutch. The car has all new rubber weather striping and chrome. A highly detailed GTO that's ready to be enjoyed. Included with the sale of this GTO is an extensive photo documentation of the frame off restoration. The photo CD will be given to the new owner.
