Well, Folks, I decided this week that it's time that I cleaned out my yard - - I have had all these cars sitting around and it is time for them to go. Sadly, some of my greatest restoration projects are now going to become YOURS! Every car here is sold at NO RESERVE so take a look and buy something. This is a 1959 Pontiac Bonneville 2-door Hardtop with its original 389 V-8 engine and Hydramatic transmission. It needs to be redone, obviously, but it is all original(except the 1970s GM wheels). Somebody had taken the instrument cluster out of the dash, but it is complete and on the front seat. I do have some of the trim that you see missing. One picture has a fender skirt showing, but that does not go with the car -- it is off another car and I was just fitting it up there to see what it would look like. I found this car hidden away in a warehouse with about 50 other classic cars! The new owners were clearing everything out and I had been looking for a 59 Bonneville convertible for decades (literally!) and so my intention was to "convert" this car into a convertible, but I couldn't bring myself to cut it up cause it was so authentic - -it really needs to be done correctly - -and this past year I finally found a 59 convertible and bought it, so here I am selling my hardtop. Now, PLEASE - bid when you are ready to pay for the car and come here with a trailer or send somebody with a transport truck to pick it up. I'm serious about selling all of them and you should be serious about buying, too. YES I can meet you pretty much anytime (or your transport driver) and it is easy to load on the side street with very little traffic. Restore it (great), use it for parts to restore another one -- up to you! Clean, clear Florida title. You do have to pay within 7 days but I'm in no rush to have it moved, so don't feel pressure on that end. If it sits here another month, that's fine with me.
