~This is a beautiful 1972 Lemans Sport Convertible with factory Endura GTO package. The GTO Judge, as well as the convertibles, were discontinued in ’72. However, a buyer could order a LeMans Sport convertible with any of the three GTO options, and essentially have a GTO convertible.
~Matching #'s 350 V8, Turbo 350 automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power top, Endura styling option, factory ac but the compressor is missing. Very dry, rust free Arizona/California car. All original body panels. Its never seen a day of snow or a salty road in its life! Comes with the build sheet.
~The body is very straight with a nice fit and finish. One quality repaint to its original color Cardinal red about 10 years ago. Very nice driver quality with only a few minor stone chips. No dents, dings or rust. The undercarriage is perfect! No rust, no patching, no corrosion, Just super dry, all original GM sheet metal.
~The car drives very well! I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Pump the gas twice, turn the key and she fires right up with no smoke, leaks or funny noises. Transmission shifts nice and crisp, brakes are good and stop straight. Does not over heat. Tracks straight down the road and handles well.
~The interior is very clean. Dash is perfect. Carpet is good. The top goes up and down with no problem. No rips or tears and it has the hard rear glass. All of the windows work properly.
~Over all its a very clean, honest, rust free Lemans that gets tons of attention and thumbs up everywhere it goes. Its ready to cruise and enjoy the day you get it.
