1987 Pontiac Firebird 2dr Coupe Trans Am Description

Hello Trans Am fans. Here is a good running 1987 Trans Am 5.0 V8 Port injection. VIN 1G2FW21F6HN23125.Car has been setting for 8 years. I installed a new distributor and a new GM Delco fuel pump in the tank and new spark plugs.Motor runs nice but could use some extra tuning from setting. Drives and shifts nice. Transmission is ok. Engine is sound and has good oil pressure. I believe it was parked because one fuse was blown on one side of the fuel injection and knocked out one bank of cylinders. Radio plays and works ok. Body has a dent in the left front fender. I picked up a good used left front fender, to be included with the purchase of the car. I have the mag wheel center caps as well to be included. Otherwise the body is straight and could be done up nicely with a new paint job. The interior is all there but is dried out and needs to be redone with new covers. Head liner has sagged and cloth removed. All the glass is nice. The hood fits ok and the head lights open and close fine. The hood and trunk lifting struts are weak and don't hold the weight of the hood or trunk open. I have driven it some but not enough to tell you to drive it home. You should maybe haul it home to be safe. Over all a good original car to start with. I'm selling the car because I have other car interest and want to pursue that instead. Selling AS-IS WHERE IS. You come and get it the best way you can arrange. Ask questions if you like, I will answer if I can. Thanks for looking.
