1969 Pontiac GTO Description

You are bidding on a 1969 GTO. This car was sold new in Texas and now resides in North Carolina. I have numerous receipts of the restoration which was done several years ago. There is a receipt for paint job at 6500.00. Some of the receipts are from California and some from Kansas. It has the PHS documentation. The paint is, I would say a strong 7 plus. I see no rust except for one small hole in the trunk, pictured. The interior needs some attention, like maybe new front door panels, discolored, and the arm pads and bases need to be replaced. We can supply those items here at Ausleys Chevelle Parts. The front kick panels need repainting and someone put a JUDGE glove box door on the car and it needs to be painted to match. It has the Judge rear spoiler installed also. IT IS NOT A JUDGE. The front bumper shows several cracks which is normal on GTOs from this year. It runs great and starts easily. It has a 12 bolt rear end, not sure if GTOs had 12 bolts, but if not it is probably a Chevelle.I did not see any casting info but did not completely look at it.The car came with a remote outside drivers side mirror but is long gone, the remote bezel is still on the door panel.
The air conditioning compressor comes on when engaged but it does not blow real cold. The back bumper has a bent up place right below the gas door and the taillight bezels are showing some pitting.The car has the RAM AIR hood and the engine code is YS with an aluminum intake.Copy of cowl tag is pictured.
