1964 Pontiac Catalina Original California Survivor Car with Rare Options
1964 Pontiac Catalina Description
Apparently, Warren Erwin who goes by Warrenphat47, thinks Ebay is a game, he made two offers on this car and after accepting the 2nd he has made no attempt to call or send an email. Only takes a few minutes to respond, something, anything. Beware of this person. So I have to file a claim and relist the car. Warren has made NO effort to contact just his bids. Sorry to have to put this in the listing but we all hope to never get a nonpayer or communicator like Warren.Very clean unmolested car. Getting harder to find these originals. The under side is as clean as the body sides. No rot or rust out or panel replacement all the original factory installed panels. The front header panel appears to have been resprayed, due to paint chips. Absolutely no evidence of any damage. The rest of the paint shines like it's been garaged it's whole life but certainly old. The front has been re-chromed. The rear looks excellent. All the die cast trim is in great shape as well as the lenses. The body does have a few scratches and minor dings which add to it's original patina. The interior is outstanding, original headliner, beautiful no crack optional dash pad, power seat, tilt wheel, real nice steering wheel, non working A/C, everything is intact, power steering, power brakes. Super clean trunk with original splatter paint and spare with jack in place. The engine is all original start right up, runs and drive great. has newer tires with 15" wheels and like new hub caps. The seat is ripped on the driver side, shown in pictures. The driver side window has issues going up and down but will stay up, so needs some attention. The car is VERY VERY nice I can't express that enough. Having or starting with such a clean body makes a world of difference. I bought the car last year and have 2 others. This one has been a garage queen. This is a great cruiser I never got around to enjoying. Please call if questions regarding purchase of the vehicle. (616) 897-six50three I don't want to debate engine codes, body colors, part numbers, all that nonsense. I have for sale local and reserve the right to end the auction anytime for any reason. The car is sold as is and where is. Buyer is responsible for any transporting. I will be available if transport is required. Payment $500 deposit immediately after auction ends. Remainder by cash or bank wire transfer. Vehicle must be picked up in reasonable amount of time or agreed on time frame. It will remain stored indoors, but I am not a storage facility. Thanks for reading and good luck if you decide to bid...very few of this quality left. Don't forget to check my feedback speaks for itself.
