1985 Pontiac Fiero 2M4 Description

This stock, original and unmolested rare 1985 Pontiac Fiero 2M4 has 79k original miles. The engine, paint, and interior are all said to be original, except for the new headliner that was installed. The car benefits fromrecent maintenance including oil/filter service, new air filter, new spark plugs and valve cover gasket. This Fiero was sold new in basic spec with a very rare option, not many had a 5-speed manual transmission and without power steering. The pop-up headlights still work perfect! TheCarfax is clean and shows no history of accidents and the car is sold with a clean Wisconsin title. This is an honest original Fiero that are increasingly hard to find in this condition. The car remains stock with original turbine 14 inch wheels and Pontiac center caps. The body appears to be in decent condition for its age, with minor scuffs, paint chips. The driver door has a slight crack in the fiberglass but is still solid. The black pieces of trim on sides of Fiero near windows have age cracking on them, they are still in one piece. The red paint appears to have some spider cracking but mostly on the passenger side front fender. Both front and rear bumpers have some paint chipping and spider cracking. For being 33 years of age this Fiero still presents very well. It was literally stored in a barn for over the last 15 + years. The gray cloth interior appears to be well preserved overallwith nofading on carpet, dash, or bucket seats. The driver'sseat has one of the seams that is coming loosebut no tears. The floor mats could use cleaning. The interior carpet is in good condition. The original AM-FM radio is present with speakers housed in the headrest. Everything works including electrics, except the gas gauge is not accurate and reads full all the time. The original 2.5 liter inline-4, nicknamed the ?Iron Duke? by GM, is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. Just recentlychanged the oil and filter in preparation for the sale. This Fiero shifts nicely and runs great. Again it was sitting for a number of years, so I would just go through everything to make it just right. The brakes are good and stop well. The two front whitewall tires are older and the rear tires are newer. If you want to own a relic automobile that really turns heads, this is it. These Fiero'sare continuing to climb in value!
