1965 PONTIAC GTO FINISHED IN BLACK OVER RED 400CI V8 WITH TRI POWER

We just went through this GTO to give it a fully original look and make it mechanically top notch! Thr radiator was replaced to oem unit including shroud. Replaced slave cylinder, did brake flush, adjust carbs, set choke, and replaced thermostat and hose. This GTO is ready to be driven and will surely win over the crowds at the car shows! This GTO does not have the original 389 that came with it, but was updated to a rebuilt 1970 GTO Ram Air 400. The original tri power carbs were retained to keep originality (rare option) but were rebuilt and stainless fuel lines were added. PHS paperwork was retained from the previous owner, but our local client ordered a new PHS as well. This shows the car was originally Cameo Ivory with the red interior and was changed to brilliant black. The 3.55 rear differential remains stock butthe 4 speed manual transmission (M20 wide ratio) was updated to Muncie close ratio 4 speed (M21). The clutch was recently updated to a RAM Clutch and several other services were performed by the previous owner. This included water pump, fuel pump, alternator, pertronix ignitor III distributor with rev-liminator, coil, wires, fuel tank, sending unit, master cylinder, rebuilt power steering pump and gearbox. Complete rebuild was done on front end with new bushings, springs, shocks, and coils, also new bushings, coils, shocks in rear end. Front disc brake conversion done, rebuilt rear brakes and installed new parking brake cables. Pypes Stainless Exhaust with Ram Air III manifolds finished off with new front and rear bumpers and weather stripping. This GTO will not disappoint in any way, be sure to call right away on this one.
