1991 Pontiac Firebird TRANS AM Description

91 Trans Am GTA, This car was the top of the line for the Firebirds in this generation, and there aren't very many of this body style left around. The rounded front end was only available in 91-92. Originally a 305 car, now a 400 hp ZZ3 350 with a bunch of add ons. This car has always been garage kept...the paint still looks good other than a couple of small scratches. The interior has been completely redone, with original leather and not one stain on it! The dash is in great shape....no cracks. The AC blows nice and cold. The T-Tops have the inserts and there are new seals.Now on to the motor details.....this car has NEVER been raced. I just like to have the power when I want it....and it is definitely there. The motor is a ZZ3 350 hp crate motor with a complete rolling valvetrain, a fluidampr balancer, a TPIS miniRam manifold, a TPIS ZZ9 cam, 30 lb fuel injectors, a 54mm throttle body, MSD 6A ignition, high output alternator, and cold air induction. The exhaust is complete stainless long tube headers from Hawk's 3rd Generation going into a 3" Y-pipe and a 3" Flowmaster. The transmission is a 700R4 built by Neal racing transmissions with a nice shift kit and upgraded clutches and steels, along with a 2100 RPM torque convertor. The rear end has a set of Richmond 3.73 posi gears that definitely let you know youre taking off. The suspension is a WS6 suspension that has brand new shocks and struts all the way around, along with Hotchkis subframe connectors to keep everything tight. Those of you that know F-bodies very well, this is needed to keep the T-Top area from twisting. Again, this car has never been raced, but it is very quick. Once you see it up close, you'll see this is a GTA that has been babied and is worth it!
