We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’sthe buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car.
If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on the vehicle because they now own it. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 781-763-7447 Ext. 208. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you bid. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. If you'd like to call him for a price, that would be fine.
All cars left on our lot after 30 days will be charged $18 a day and we hope we never have to collect a dime. But we don't have enough space to store everyone's car after they're paid for. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up their car that they just purchased. Please remember we are on the buyer's side. Please only bid if you are a real bidder who wants to purchase the vehicle, and again, if you haven't purchased 3 items over the last 3 months we will remove your bid. If you're a zero bidder and you bid at the last second just before the auction ends, the vehicle will be offered to the bidder before you and you will not end up with the vehicle, so you need to call us.
Thank you for looking at our 1980 Firebird Sport Coupe. This car has the standard 4.9 V8 engine with automatic, power steering and brakes and cold air. I saw this Trans Am listed for sale over a year ago when I purchased it from the gentleman selling it. He bought it from a friend who was in the car business down south, because he was a car enthusiast and he had a lot of connections. After purchasing more cars, he had to get rid of something, and for him this was the one.
I enjoyed driving it all last summer and it drives like brand new and there's not a rattle in the car. The car looks like a brand new car. I have never owned a car used that's as nice as this one. If you're looking for a really nice Firebird for a summer car or to take to car shows once they start again, this is definitely a beautiful piece.
Actually, you won't even need a car show because everywhere you drive this car, people are going to be looking at it and asking you about it. The one thing it will need is a modern radio, because the radio that's in there doesn't work, the speakers are shot, and it just needs a nice system put in it to make the car complete. The miles on the car read 24K. We're selling the car as non-actual, because we're not sure if these miles are correct or not, and the previous owner isn't sure either. The title is clean, and the performance is 100%.
Please check out over 100 more pictures on the bottom of the ad in the Flickr and you definitely will enjoy the viewing experience. Just be the last highest bidder in 7 days and you will have won my auction.
