1975 Pontiac Trans Am 400/4speed Low miles
1975 Pontiac Trans Am Description
1975 Pontiac Trans Am, PHS Documented, 31,6xx original miles, all #'s matching 400/4 speed/ 3:08 posi rear original drive train, original black interior in great shape but carpet and radio have been replaced years ago. All paperwork since new including original window sticker, deal sheet, maintenance receipts, etc.. One repaint in 2005 in Stellar Blue ( original color ) and still shows nice for its age but has typical chips/light scratches from being driven. Currently has 18" US Mags Bandit wheels/tires but I do have the original wheels/new tires that are included. It runs/drives great, no known issues. Pictures don't do the car justice as the color is hard to photograph, gets compliments everywhere I drive it.
Any questions, please ask either via ebay or phone: (865)679-9514 call/text
Car is rust free and to the best of my knowledge, never had any rust. All body panels are original, and where not taken apart to paint back in 2005 ( evidenced by the overspray ). Front endura bumper has suffered a small crack at passenger headlight, slight wiper mark haze in windshield, and the body has received a few small door dings over the years, but none have broken the paint and possibly where painted over back in 2005 ( my best guess ). The paint job appears to have been a simple sand/respray but shows well for its age. Car has spent most of its life in South Carolina. Underneath still has the dealer undercoating, but the red primer is visible around the trans/driveshaft tunnel. Also, oil pressure gauge has stopped working. I replaced the sending unit, but that has not helped so I assume its the usual culprit on the 2nd gen Trans Ams which is a loose/bad ground behind the gauge. I am trying to be upfront about everything I know about the car to the best of my knowledge. Its not a restored car, its not a 100 % original car either ( CD Player, Flowmasters, paint, sway bars, etc. ), but it is a very nice driver quality 2nd gen trans am that has been loved all its life, been somebody's "toy" and not an everyday driver and continues to be that today. I tend to be very picky and my description is very blunt about the car, but you make your own judgement of its condition.
I'm not a dealer or car flipper, I have just been fortunate enough to enjoy my lifelong hobby to find/buy and/or restore cars on my bucket list. With that being said, this car is for sale but its not on sale, so please be respectful in offers, comments. I'm aware the car market has softened since I purchased this TA, but I'm not interested in "giving" it away. Trans Am is sold as is, where it is.
I am willing to listen to serious offers
Thanks, have a great day, be safe, but live life.
