1976 Pontiac Trans Am Description

This is a matching numbers (VIN, engine and transmission) 455 with a 4-Speed, factory Air conditioning and Power windows. 1976 was the last year you could get the 455. The paint is a 10 out of 10; we took it down to bare metal and did a complete repaint. The birds nor any of the graphics are decals! Our in-house automobile artist painted all of the graphics then cleared over them. It really is an 11 out of a 10 paint job to be honest. Originally it was silver over red, it came to us gray over black and we liked the interior but thought a black exterior would look much better. We pulled the engine and transmission, detailed the engine compartment and painted the car and all components. The engine and transmission are in excellent running condition. We have done an extensive restoration. New items include: Control arm/sway bar bushings, Front calipers & rotors, Upper ball joints, Fuel pump, Water pump, Alternator, Flowmaster exhaust, Headers, Starter, Steering box, Rear glass, complete A/C system (and converted it to R134a), Shocks, Refinished wheels w/new tires/trim rings/center caps, all Weather stripping & Heater core.
