Up for sale is my prized air cooled 964 C-2 Cabrolet.I bought this car in 2002 from a high end dealer in Houston Texas, where it spent the early days from 25,000 until I bought it with 100,000 miles on it.
In the 12 plus years I have owned her I have just driven it 12,000 miles. It has always been garaged and had regular service done.
I did upgrade the thirdbrake light to a later year, replaced the original black top for a newer model German blue and had the seats as well as all panels covered in Tan leather. The carpet is in great condition and has always had mats covering it on my watch.
Although I would not rate this 964 as a concourse car it is in beautiful condition for its age,Everything works as it should and it just received a new fuel pump and fuel filter. All service is up to date.
Brakes and pads are in excellent condition.
When I bought the car in 2002 I went on line and bought a lot of spare parts for it just to have in case of any problem.I still have all those spare parts and they along with a second set of painted wheels will go with the sale of the car.
Please note that the reason for only driving this car 12,000 miles is twofold first I am now retired and do less driving and two I have several other porsches that I drive.
I know this 964 will make someone very happy and am listing it as a buy it now with offer. That said please no low ball offers as I will not even respond.
This car is available for mechanical inspection by a qualified mechanic. Please also note that I will not permit the car to be driven other than my choice
