Dallas Motorsports presents this 1988 930 Turbo Outlaw!
This 930 has it all, the modern outlaw look and the performance of the RUF yellow bird! Starting as a theft recovery car, it was purchased without interior, fenders or a hood. Never being an accident, this car made for the perfect opportunity to build the ultimate outlaw car without destroying the value of an original low mileage turbo. As you will see with the near never-ending list of new parts and upgrades, no corners were cut on this build. I have receipts equaling over 50K for parts and services spent to build this amazing car! With the help from the team at Turbokraft, the original troublesome CIS system was replaced with a computer controlled EFI system, the stock turbo was upgrade with a huge K35 turbo resulting in a staggering 557whp. To take full advantage of the new horsepower, the engine was mated with a CMS built 5-speed G50 transaxle. The suspension was completely overhauled with a ton of Elephant racing parts. The interior was altered to support the new horsepower, featuring a roll cage, Cobra racing seats, and 6-point harnesses. A Hargett shift was used to relocate the shifter to accommodate the racing style seats. Although you will rarely want to drown out the sound of the engine and turbo, a custom stereo system was installed, featuring Bluetooth, JL amp, and top of the line Focal speakers. To complete the outlaw look, this car was outfitted with the Magnus Walker edition wheels in a RSR finish. Don’t miss the rare opportunity to own a true resto-mod 930.
