1982 Porsche 911 Description

Sad to write this but the time has come unfortunately to sell my 911. The car has had 3 long term owners & I am the 4th, all in California and myself in North Carolina. This is a ZERO RUST Porsche 911SC, with zero oil leaks since rebuild, but the inevitablewill happen it is a Porsche. This car has had a 964 bumper and side skirt conversion & fitted with OEM H5 headlights & signal markers. The paint is ceramic coated and finished in Mistral Grey Metallic. The door handles have been upgraded to OEM 993 door handles and OEM aero mirrors to complete the look. I have service records dating back to 1992 including a full motor 3.0L and 915 transmission rebuild in May 2015 with ~6,000 miles on the car since then & was rebuilt by Independent Porsche mechanic in California. The car is smog legal in all states including California and has been a west coast car its entire life until brought to the east coast when purchased by myself. In the Auto Check report it shows where mileage has increased over 120k miles in 4 years, I am not sure why it is shown like this I will try to run a carfax on the car, I know sometimes they are more accurate and dependable. The car does have the original speedometer and WORKING odometer, I do not have an explanation to this other than believingthat the numbers were not typed in correctly when inspected, showing 98,424 in 1992 - 223,719 in 1996 and then 223,724 in 2004. You can see this continues to go up and down into the mid 2000's. The car does not show in any way of being driven that kind of mileage.Compression test results (done on 1/14/17): 3.0L Motor was at highest operating temperature Altitude: 1280' (altitude does play a role in pressure readings)
