1990 Porsche 911 #41 build
1. Chassis, Interior gutted and all sound deadening removed, sunroof delete, doors gutted.
2. Custom switch console, shift light, race peddles.
3. Fabcar shifter w /custom linkage & precision couplers and synchros.
4. Emergency shut off, MOMO seats w/ Brey Krause seat brace.
5. RS door panels with lightweight pulley window system.
6. Chassis: Approximately 10 hours on bearings, hard bushings, and associated hardware.
7. RS mirrors, oil cooler ducts in bumper cover.
8. Mono ball suspension with adj. camber plates, H&R Bilstein cup suspension tuned by Dawes.
9. Adjustable sway bars with adjustable drop links, and adjustable camber.
10. Stainless steel brake lines, big red front brakes w/ 2 piece rotors, turbo rear brakes.
11. Performance friction brake pads, front brake cooling kit through front bumper.
12. Steering rack stiffening kit, corner balance & track align, Brey Krause strut brace.
13. Engine: Approximately 50 hours on rebuilt 3.6L, built to 3.8L specs putting out APX. 350 HP. High performance pistons & cylinders, magnaflux NDI performed.
14. Carillo rods, APR rod bolts, new main bearings and pin bearings cut fitted for rods.
15. Fresh heads with race springs and seats, STOCK cams (old cams RS), race fuel regulator, fuel gauge.
16. Evolution motorsports cold air intake, stainless headers w/heat boxes, sport exhaust.
17. RS pulley delete, fresh distributer belt w/vent tube, fresh alternator, fresh race axles.
18. Performance factory Porsche G50 transmission with stainless steel gears, Rennline solid motor mounts w/gusseted motor mounts. Fresh semi-flex transmission mounts.
19. New oil lines and dual oil coolers.
